If you don't know what a Q&A is, basically it's when I answer a selection of your questions.I won't be doing the Q&A now because I need your questions for me to answer first!.Hopefully you guys can ask me some questions below and I'll try to answer all of them. Also if you want you can submit more than one question for me.So I hope you like this idea and try to ask as many questions as you like below.
Bye guys and I hope you have a great day.
This is a blog about all kinds of interesting things - please check it out. Remember to comment , follow and like posts if they interest you:) Thanks !

Good sportsmanship
Hey guys,
Today it was my school sports day and it got me thinking about good sportsmanship..If you don't know what good sportsmanship is, it's treating the people you play with or against, as you'd like to be treated yourself. It's also showing respect for the coaches and all officials involved Anyway I'm going to describe how you can demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Support your team:
If you have a team in whatever you might be doing make sure you support it. In our school in each team for sports day we have a mix of children some from year 6 and others from nursery so the older ones have the responsibility of looking after them and congratulating them. Something that works for me is giving your team mates high fives and saying well done.
Be a good loser:
No one likes a bad loser so don't be one.It can be disappointing if you come last in whatever you're doing but just think that it's not the worst thing in the world.Make sure you try to be happy for the winner by congratulating them.
It's OK to be a bit competitive:
Being competitive is fine and actually really natural. Some people say it's bad to be competitive but it's not, it's actually human. The only thing you've got to remember is not to be over competitive because I know that I get pretty frustrated when some people are way too competitive and not very nice with it.
Be a good winner:
If you win you're naturally going to be happy but make sure you don't sound too boastful.Make sure you congratulate everyone in your competition.
Respect the Judge's decision:
Remember the official's decision is final and needs to be respected even if it is disappointing! They may get it wrong sometimes but they are doing their best like you are!
I hope you enjoyed this post even if it was a bit different. Also I hope these tips helped you think about how to demonstrate good sportsmanship next time you take part in sport!

The Creative Blogging Award
Hey guys,
Today I'm going to be doing The Creative Blogging Award which is a popular tag at the moment.I was tagged by the amazing Teen Aspect from http://theteenaspect.blogspot.co.uk/ and the equally amazing Zoe Sherlock from http://zoesherlock.blogspot.co.uk/.I'm going to tag 5 people to do it but if your not tagged and you want to do it, you can.
Just before I start I need to explain the rules:
.First Share 5 facts about you
.Then nominate 5 blogs :)
My facts:
1.I collect snow globes:
I collect snow globes from each place I visit.I've been doing this ever since I visited London when I was six and now I've got quite a big collection.
2.I love cooking:
One of my favourite things to do is cook something.I think it would be amazing if I could open up my own café when I'm older because you'd get to cook all the time.
3.I'm purple belt in Martial arts:
I do martial arts each Wednesday and I'm now purple belt.In the martial arts system that I do,the purple belt is the middle belt between the first belt which is white and the last belt which is black.
4.I've been doing this blog since January of this year:
I've been doing this blog since January 2015 and that means I've been doing this for around six months.I'm so happy I've started this blog because it has made me more happy and more confident.
5.I love roller coasters:
I know a lot of people hate roller coasters but I love them. They give me a huge adrenaline rush which I love having.I also love days out at theme parks they're probably one of my favourite places to go to.
My nominees:
.Noor from http://www.alittlebitofsunshineblog.com/
.Lexie from http://whatlexieloves.blogspot.co.uk/
.Rukiya from http://shinenelevate.blogspot.co.uk/
So I hope you enjoyed this post even if the facts I shared were a little bit random. Also your more than welcome to do this tag even if you weren't tagged.

Girl Chat:Bullies
Hey guys,
What to do if you're getting bullied:
Tell someone:
This one is a must.I'm sure you've heard that if you tell someone it always gets better and it does.Whoever you tell can help you get through the problem and contact someone at the place where you're getting bullied.
Stand up to them:
Hopefully if you stand up to them they'll get the message not to mess with you. Also be careful with the comments you make back to them because if you say some really hurtful, unforgivable comments it makes you just as bad.
Ignore them:
You shouldn't ignore the bully if they keep on being hurtful but if it's a one off comment try to just ignore it.Hopefully they'll just get bored and leave you alone.I know it can be really hard to ignore someone but I think it's a good approach to take. You can always remove yourself from the situation.
Stay in a big group of friends:
Try and stay in a big group of friends if you can as a bully is probably less likely to bother you in this situation.
Just remember...
Usually the people who bully you are the people who are unhappy and have problems in their own life. This means that they're not bullying you because there's anything wrong with you but they're actually bullying you because they've got problems of their own. This is no excuse for their actions and you should still tell someone about it.
So I hope you found my post interesting and helpful. Also if you are getting bullied at the moment please follow my advice and it will make it so much better I promise you.
Bye guys and I hope you have a great day.
I'm going to be doing another Girl Chat today talking about bullies.Unfortunately most people get bullied somewhere in their life and it's not nice. It's hard to know what to do when you get bullied because you feel alone and isolated. If you are getting bullied at the moment I recommend you follow some of these steps to resolve the problem.
.Upset
.Lonely
.Angry
.Confused
.Tetchy
.sad
.annoyed

Girl Chat:How to cope with worries
Hey guys,
Today I'm going to talk about worries and how to cope with them. Everyone has worries, some more than others.I'm actually a really big worrier so my Mum has given me tips on how to cope with worries and I've decided to share some of them with you.
Talk to someone about them:
I think this one is a must. Even if you think your worry is tiny and they won't understand they probably will.I actually feel better if I tell someone and I'm sure you will too.If you feel like you really can't tell your parents or someone in your family you can always turn to a friend or a website for advice.
Find positives out of your worry:
When you worry about something it can be hard to think about the positives from your worry. But if you do you'll feel much better about your worry. For example the positives about moving up to high school are that I'll meet lots of new people, make new friends and I can try new sports.
Put your worry into perspective:
This one is really good because when you're worried about something you can think that it's much worse than what it really is.Just think to yourself " how bad is this worry?" and put it on a scale of one to ten to see how bad it really is.
Take your mind off it:
When you're worried about something the best thing to do is just take your mind off it.Whether you go for a walk or watch TV do what ever makes you happy.Usually you feel much better, forget about the worry and it gives you a fresh perspective on the worry.Another thing that is good especially before bed (when the worry seems worse than ever) is to pretend to put it in a balloon and let go of it!.This usually allows you to forget all about the worry.
Don't look back:
A piece of good advice is not to waste energy looking back at things that have already happened. You can't turn back time but what you can do is draw a line underneath the worry and focus on the present.Equally don't waste time worrying on the "what if's" in the future because it's a waste of energy and it makes you feel unhappy.
I hope you enjoyed this post and found it helpful because I really did.If you have any other strategies forvg coping with worries I'd love to hear them in the comments below.
